Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Getquiraly. This policy explains our approach to returns and refunds for the digital products (PDF files, eBooks, printables, templates, guides, and similar downloadable content) sold on our store.

1. Nature of Our Products All products sold on Getquiraly are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a purchase is completed, the file becomes immediately accessible for download. Because of the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally considered final.

2. No Returns on Digital Products We do not accept returns of digital products. Since files cannot be physically returned and there is no way to verify that all copies have been deleted by the buyer, returns are not possible.

3. Refund Eligibility While digital purchases are non-refundable as a rule, we may grant a refund under the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded or accessed the file.
  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described on the product page.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You no longer need or want the product.
  • You are unable to open the file because you do not have compatible software (e.g., a PDF reader).
  • You found the product elsewhere at a lower price.
  • You have already downloaded or used the product.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email us at getquiraly@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product name
  • A clear description of the issue (with screenshots if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Problems With Your Download If you experience trouble downloading or accessing your file, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resend the file or provide a working alternative at no extra cost.

7. Chargebacks We kindly ask that you contact us first if you have any issue with your order. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the problem may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.

8. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
